Easy Smoothie Bowl

With all the summer fruit in abundance, smoothie bowls are a surprisingly quick breakfast. When it is hot outside they are nice and refreshing plus they look really pretty. Here is one of my favourite smoothie bowls but you can easily change out different fruit to suit what you have available/ the fruit you like

Ingredients

Smoothie

a handful of frozen blueberries

half a handful frozen raspberries

1 105g tub of honey yoghurt ( I used Dairy Farmers Honey Box)

Toppings

1 mango cheek

1 kiwi

5 raspberries

Method

  1. Blend frozen berries and yoghurt until smooth
  2. Cut kiwi into rounds and then cut into stars if you wish
  3. Crosshatch the mango cheek with a sharp knife and flip
  4. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with the fruit
  5. Enjoy xx
