Deconstructed Tuna sushi

Here is another easy recipe which can be easily packed in the morning to take to work or school. It works perfectly if you have some rice left over from dinner the night before. This tastes exactly like sushi but saves you from shelling out $6 at lunch



1/2 cooked rice

1 small tin tuna in water

1/2 avocado chopped

1/3 cucumber chopped

Red onion ( optional)

Soy sauce



  1. Place rice on a plate
  2. Top with drained tune then avocado and cucumber
  3. Dress with soy sauce
