Green Wrap

They always say to eat your greens so here is an easy, delicious way to have them for lunch without the trauma of your childhood.

Ingredients

  • 1 Mission spinach wraps
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/2 tomato or a couple of cherry tomatoes
  • 50g feta
  • Chicken ( feel free to use any leftover chicken or even sliced chicken)
  • 1/4 cucumber sliced
  • 1/4 cup pesto

Method

  1. Spread pesto all over the wrap
  2. Top with remaining ingredients
  3. Wrap up
  4. Simple as that 🙂
