Cajun Fish Tacos

This is a wonderfully spicy fish taco recipe which doesn’t even taste like fish. As I don’t like mayonnaise, I prefer to make my own coleslaw dressing but feel free to substitute for mayonnaise if you like that stuff.

Ingredients

  • 1 – 2 fillets of white fish
  • Cajun seasoning
  • 1/4 Red cabbage
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1/4 White cabbage
  • Avocado
  • greek yoghurt
  • lime
  • coriander
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

Method

  1. Coat fish fillets with the Cajun seasoning
  2. In a heated pan, lightly fry the fish until cooked through
  3. For the coleslaw, finely chop red cabbage, white cabbage and carrot
  4. Mix yoghurt, garlic, cumin, lemon juice together to make the coleslaw sauce
  5. Assemble the coleslaw, fish, and avocado in the wrap

Enjoy xx
