I am a 21 yr old student from Sydney Australia. I have learnt my love of cooking from my mum who teaches cooking and design.  She has taught me many wonderful lessons in the kitchen over the year and I hope to share some of these with you.

Last year I spent 6 months overseas on exchange. Without mums well-stocked kitchen I learnt some more tricks in the kitchen. The flavours of all the different places in Europe as well as the multicultural foods available in Sydney all influence my cooking.

I am always looking for ways to create healthy meals that taste amazing and are simple to cook.  Cooking for one or two people can also be a challenge so I hope that you will find that the recipes can be made smaller or frozen as so to minimise waste.
